You will be joining our established team of specialist Agricultural and Commercial Property Solicitors who deal with a wide variety of legal advice including:
- Acquisition and sale of farms and farmland.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Lettings, licences and contract farming arrangements.
- Agricultural tenancy matters.
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant work.
- Easements/wayleaves/utility and telecommunications leases.
- Property finance.
- Assisting other teams on project based work.
