As an Assistant Case Management Designer, you will be working within the team that supports the ongoing maintenance and development of the case management system.

You will

  • Assist in the development of new workflows and documents, ensuring the system continues to develop and evolve in line with business need
  • Prepare and send reports generated by the system
  • Work with end users to support their use of the system
  • Produce support documentation when implementing change

You don’t need to be a systems or coding expert – you just need to have a logical mind and an interest in systems and IT. You will be a strong team player and able to communicate with colleagues across teams to ensure the work is done collaboratively.

The role is ideally suited to someone educated to A-Level or degree standard particularly those who have studied IT, although this is not essential.
