Key to ensuring the continued level of high service is the pro-active, end-user-focused support our IT Service Desk Technicians provide.

If you are looking for a role that involves:

·        Diagnostic testing
·        Problem solving
·        Solution finding
·        Hands on technical knowledge across a variety of IT platforms, systems, and equipment

If your approach is less ‘ctrl-alt-delete’ and more about the interrogation of issues and a solution-based approach, you may have the skills we are looking for. You will have previous experience of working with a range of IT systems and networks including:

·        Windows Server 2016, and wider O/S environments
·        Windows 10 and 11 (build, configuration, deployment & support)
·        Active Directory, on-premise and Azure
·        LAN & WAN support
·        Citrix XenServer
·        VMWare
·        Microsoft Office 365
·        Exchange 2016 and Online
·        Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and above
